Pre-Production: We carefully review samples and conduct pre-production meetings to identify and address any potential issues early. Factories are required to implement defect prevention measures, including process adjustments and enhanced quality supervision.
In-Line Inspections: Throughout production, we carry out random checks during key stages like finishing and packing, using the AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) system to monitor and maintain consistent quality.
Final Inspection: Before any shipment leaves Vietnam, we perform a thorough final inspection that covers packaging, appearance, functionality, measurements, and overall quality, guaranteeing that only the best products reach our clients.
